What an amazing wedding day we had. Everything was perfect down to the smallest of detail. This could not have been possible without the team at Warren-Stone Weddings. Living overseas but planning a wedding in Cape Town can be a daunting, overwhelming task, however we were put at ease from the start and really enjoyed the process thanks to Chelsea, Chanel, and the rest of the team.
From the beginning, when we reached out to Chelsea to plan our wedding, she was proactive, arranged a call and took us through the process. She was both friendly and organized and gave us a positive trustful feeling about the months to follow.
Every meeting was always friendly and enthusiastic. From the start of the planning process, we were constantly kept informed in a highly organized way of the progress with the vendors and what was to be done on our side. It was easy to follow and check off. With so many things to think of and plan, this helps order everything and ensure tasks are done. This really worked for us, and we appreciate the way the planning process unfolded. For those that are not creative (like me), Chelsea is supportive giving advice and using her experience to guide where requested or needed. At the same time, she listens to your ideas and transforms them into reality.
On the day itself, everything was put together and ran very smoothly. There was zero stress for both of us. Chelsea and Chanel made sure everything ran perfectly. They checked in on us and ensured the guests were also happy. The end result was absolutely breathtaking. We could not have asked for a better set up and day. From the getting ready, the décor, the flow, and the experience. Both Chelsea and Chanel are really fun, easygoing, and friendly to be around which helps for you to focus only on what is important (the magic of the day) and feel at ease throughout.
