ON THE DAY COORDINATION

We guide the process of confirming your ideal wedding venue by sharing venue recommendations within your chosen area which are well suited to your budget and aesthetic preferences. We then organise site visit appointments on your behalf, so you can visit the respective venues virtually through video calls or in person.

During our coordination meetings, we will discuss your wedding's aesthetic, including venue layout, colour palette, and décor preferences. We guide you in selecting suppliers and schedule a décor mock-up at your venue, allowing you to finalise the look and feel with interactive feedback to ensure your special day reflects your vision perfectly.

We ensure a seamless wedding day by planning a detailed timeline and distributing a comprehensive Final Programme to all service providers. This programme guides your bridal party and MC through the formalities, includes contact information, schedules, menu details, and a full photography and videography briefing.
